1. All hardware products enjoy free maintenance service for the following year. Within three months from the date of the issuance of the goods by Party A, Party A will replace the faulty products free of charge.

2. For the repaired products, from the date of receipt of the repaired products, in principle, the repairs will be sent out within 10 working days. In case of serious damage, the repair date will be confirmed with the agent.

3. During the warranty period, the return shipping fee for the return trip during the 3-month replacement period shall be borne by Party A. After 3 months, Party A shall bear the unilateral freight.

4. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

1) Damage or malfunction due to accidental damage (such as transportation, improper storage environment, etc.) or changes in external conditions (such as sudden voltage rise).

2) Incorrect installation, commissioning, use, improper damage or malfunction caused by problems with peripheral connections and external power supplies.

3) The faulty product or component has been disassembled, modified or repaired without authorization.

4) The product identification and serial number on the faulty product enclosure or component are unclear, damaged or altered.

5) Due to human-induced LCD leakage, the LCD screen is obviously scratched and broken by sharp objects.

6) Damage to the equipment due to accidental storage and use, resulting in water or other liquids in the equipment.

5. Out of warranty period or out of warranty: (See Appendix D: Equipment Maintenance Price List)

1) According to the actual situation, a certain fee will be charged appropriately, including the material fee maintenance fee is 20% of the material fee, the material fee is less than _________ yuan, and the maintenance fee is _________ yuan.

2) After receiving the faulty machine sent back by Party B, Party A's customer service department will test the faulty machine on the same day, and calculate the charge for use, and fax it back to Party B for confirmation. After receiving the confirmation from Party A's customer service department and the fee-receiving confirmation form, Party B shall promptly confirm the corresponding amount to be transferred to Party A's designated account by wire transfer, and fax the wire transfer certificate to Party A's customer service department; Party A shall receive Party B's receipt. The replacement and repair date will be calculated after remittance (the repairs due to quality problems during the free warranty period are outside the scope of this clause).
